The challenge of tracking D&I progress

This is a common theme amongst many organisations today, especially those with challenging diversity targets to meet. Firstly, for territories where collecting such data is not mandatory, it's important that employees understand not only why the data is being collated, but they feel completely safe in providing it. Simply asking an employee to provide the data isn't enough It takes a very focused effort and thoughtful approach to ensure response rates are meaningful enough to draw any conclusions from.

Then add on top the virtual working environment (many employees have never been into an office or met another colleague), sentiment analysis can be even more challenging. But with employee well-being front and centre of so many organisational priorities right now, it's ever more important to ensure employees feel connected.
