Rachel has been with AMS for 10 years and has held a variety of positions during that time including Client Services Director for the Investment Banking Sector leading a number of key clients globally, but with a specific focus on EMEA and APAC where she has spent extensive time to ensure she understands the local and regional market needs. Her most recent role focusses on a number of clients across different sectors within the UK&I region.
Rachel brings broad experience across both campus and lateral hiring, strong relationship management skills, inspirational team leadership, and a focus on operational excellence to ensure we deliver results and drive a mutually successful partnership. She also founded and chairs our Global Ethnicity Board, and seeks to ensure that we drive our diversity agenda internally, as well as supporting clients with their own diversity priorities.
Prior to AMS, Rachel graduated with a Business degree from the University of Warwick and accumulated a further 10+ years' recruitment experience in both agency and RPO.
