Jeanette Leeds is an award-winning talent acquisition innovator, business leader and tech entrepreneur. She is an expert in high-volume recruiting, hourly hiring, and rapid hiring initiatives at scale.
Currently the Managing Director / CEO of Hourly by AMS, Jeanette and her team create next generation tech for retail and consumer organizations that optimizes the engagement and hiring of hourly workers through a combination of automation, conversational AI and real-time analytics.
In addition to leading Hourly, Jeanette is a member of the AMS americas executive leadership team and focuses on AMS' overall High Volume hiring solution by combining the best of tech, process and people.
Prior to AMS, Jeanette was the Managing Director and Head of Americas at Oleeo, a pioneer and innovator in recruiting enablement solutions, leading the way in the application of artificial intelligence and automation. As the founding executive of Oleeo's expansion into the U.S. Market and a member of the global executive leadership team, Jeanette brought Oleeo to the U.S. market. Under her leadership, Jeanette grew the U.S. revenue over 500% contributing ~40% of Oleeo’s global revenue, while also scoring an employee NPS of 55 in the U.S.
A front-line global HR practitioner who made the jump to HR technology, prior to her executive roles in talent acquisition tech firms, Jeanette held senior global talent acquisition roles at Lehman Brothers and Credit Suisse.
Jeanette is an award-winning industry leader with a passion for diversity, equity and inclusion, and regularly shares her thought leadership and talent acquisition expertise at industry events, on podcasts, in blogs and articles to educate audiences on how to drive efficiency throughout the hiring process while protecting DEI and creating a sense of belonging in candidate experience.
A graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, Jeanette holds an MBA in Management from Columbia Business School. During her spare time, Jeanette serves as board member for a non-profit focused on needs based education scholarships and can be found cheering on her two soccer addicted kids.
