Is flexible working here to stay?

The pandemic has changed the way employees are choosing to work, and how organisations view working from home.  But we've all been asking the question - will it last?

Many workers state that they have enjoyed a better work-life balance, and recent surveys suggest productivity, mental health and recruitment have improved with homeworking.  We are seeing our clients reap material candidate attraction benefits when they mention flexible working when advertising roles as well as being able to increase the size of the talent pool to more diverse candidates.

Companies expect about 20 per cent of their workforce to work from home all the time once the pandemic is over and 40 per cent of their employees to work from home on a regular basis
